How fast this year has flown by!
It's been a tremendous first half of 2022 for Northside Shutters & Blinds.

It's all happening at Team NSS!
We started the year by welcoming new members to our team. This has helped us further strengthen and enable our customer service team to provide efficient and timely responses to all customer enquiries. We have also recently switched to a new CRM software that provides a seamless experience for our customers and improves our daily office management. We have always focused on proactively communicating with our customers throughout their product journey. With our new system, we are better equipped to provide real-time updates on orders and expected installation.
Speaking of the office, our handy installers, Matt and Chris, are hard at work extending our space to accommodate our growing team! 🤩

Looking toward the rest of 2022, we are focusing on supporting those who have experienced significant delays in their builds and renovations and flood devastation. We will continue doing everything possible to mitigate extended lead times and prepare for our busy Christmas period.
