Last Year Was Tough - But There Is So Much To Look Forward To In 2022!

It is no secret that the last couple of years has created many challenges for people and businesses alike. As we continue to work hard to navigate ongoing supply chain issues, border closures and increased delays in shipping clearances, we wanted to take a quick minute to provide more information regarding our wins from 2021 and plans for the year ahead.

As a small family-owned and run business, Northside Shutters & Blinds has enthusiastically served the local area for the past 9 years, providing quality window treatments at competitive prices. Our primary focus has always been to welcome our customers with incredible customer service while delivering top-quality products and services. Whilst international supply chain issues affected us more than expected in 2021 our staff and suppliers rose to the challenge when it came to ensuring our customers' orders were fulfilled in the timeframe that was as close as possible to our typical turnaround.

Together, we navigated lock downs, border closures and working from home and even though we are facing a few challenges we haven't experienced in the past, we are committed to taking a creative approach that ensures your window treatment needs are met with the same top-notch customer service and product selection that we have always had.

2021 Wins

• Our team relocated to a new office and warehouse in the Brendale Business Park. Whilst we are not open to the public this space will allow us to increase our installation and delivery efficiency.

• We employed 2 recent school leavers on traineeships, further cementing our commitment to employ locals.

• Our Zipscreens and Roller Blinds officially were registered to display the Australian Made logo!

• We continued our support of A Brave Life by sponsoring their Community Golf Day and New Mum Baby Bag Drive.

• We recycled 95% of product packaging. Our Installers sort all rubbish on site during installation which allows us to recycle effectively back at the warehouse.
